		<description>Never used a Palio, but heard good things about them. I just use my Xikar cutter. Reliable and gets the job done. Lighter I also use a Xikar Lighter. I do have a Rocky Patel table torch lighter for when I misplace my Xikar. Stinky ashtray a must for cigar smokers. I love it.</description>
