New York loses fight against Cigar Bar
By Jesse | May 3, 2007 |
A Manhattan judge has snuffed the city’s bid to shutter a popular East Side cigar bar.

Common sense isn’t lost after all! It’s a Cigar Lounge, it’s made for us! So since it’s made for people to smoke in it shouldn’t have an anti-indoor smoking ban applied to it! Glad someone is paying attention.

“For the public good” is best served when the public is left alone by politicians. Extortion and interference in our liberties is a violation of the original doctrine that governs our culture and freedom, from the very people that swear to its continuance and protection. Hypocrites who are self serving are a plague to this Republic.
