Judge says no to injunction of Ohio Smoking Ban

The Cincinnati Enquirer has an update on the fight against the Ohio nanny state. A Hamilton County judge snuffed out the last opposition to Ohio’s indoor smoking ban today, clearing the way for the law to take effect Thursday.
