Tuesday, August 28th, 2007I was surprised that I could pick up flavors from both the wrappers. I was able to discern the differences mostly because over the past few days I’ve smoked both the Maduro and the Connecticut from Arganese. The two wrappers aren’t just a gimmick in this cigar and the Maduro doesn’t over power the milder Connecticut either. The cigar does have some strength to it so this is a nice cigar to light up after a large meal. The Double Wrap Chairman pleases not only in looks, but also in flavor. It’s a great cigar for a special event or everyday smoke. If I wanted a cigar to hand out for a special event this unique smoke would be one of my choices.
