I’m sitting here smoking my first Oliva Master Blends 3. I’m kicking myself for never trying the Master Blends sooner. So what cigar have you tried and went “Damn! Why didn’t I try this sooner?!?”

Perdomo Edicion de Silvio Cameroon. Probably the most fantastic Cameroon cigar I have ever smoked. Blows the doors off of an Fuente Hemingway or Don Carlos. Some of Perdomo’s past problems kept me away but I scored one in a charity raffle at a smoker I attended. It definitely left me thinking “Damn! Why didn’t I try this sooner?!?”
I haven’t had a Perdomo in ages. I’ll have to try them again. My favorite haunts don’t carry them so I’ll have to stop by a couple different shops and pick them up.
Any Victor Sinclair. Damn good smokes.
The last Victor Sinclair I had left my lips so black that I thought I’d been making out with a goth or emo chick and I just haven’t been able to bring myself to try them again.
The Oliva Master series is a true gem. They don’t get a lot of press, but their some of the best Nicaraguans out there. The smaller size tend to get a little bitter if smoked quickly.
I just reviewed an Oliva Master Blends 3. It was a good cigar but it did seem to really take a turn for the worst in the last third. Maybe I was smoking it a bit too fast.
