I had a chance to smoke quite a few cigars this weekend, but didn’t really get a chance to write a review. The greatest part of this weekend was going over to my Sister-in-law’s Halloween party and cracking open the travel humidor and making some new friends over some great cigars.
Anyway this is what I had this weekend, what did you smoke?
- EO 601 Oscuro: Surprisingly smooth for such a full flavored smoke. This cigar has become one of my new favorites.
- CAO Italia: I enjoy this cigar with a cup of coffee, but lately it just seems to be missing something. I’ve got a partial review of this one written that should be finished in the next week or so.
- Palmas Puro Maduro: My new go to small cigar is the Petit Corona of this line. It packs a ton of flavor in a small cigar.
- Aurora 100 Anos: A pretty good smoke, but I was a bit underwhelmed.

Most impressive award goes to the SLR Serie A. Phenomenal stick. Least impressive was the Hoyo. Not bad, just ordinary.
I haven’t tried the SLR Serie A yet, but I’ve been hearing good things about it.
