Description: Another gorgeous stick! The wrapper has this reddish hue to it that glistens, I thought I’d leave my fingerprints on it. Perfect construction! This sticks look sooooo gooooooood!! Another robusto (5 x 50), and I couldn’t wait to light it up.
Easy clip, easy draw, giving me prelit draws of spice and honey. Another fantastic start, with a sweet and spicy flavor intermingling with that fantastic, complex tobacco. Once again, very rich tobacco flavors. Simply wonderful! Around the half way mark, a deep coffee taste took over as the spiciness fell into the background. As with the Miami 8/11, these flavors grew in strength and complexity. And the ending was fantastic, with a long-lasting finish. Nubbed it all the way.
The burn was somewhat inconsistent, but nothing a little touch couldn’t handle. It did get a little hot toward the end. Though, that was probably me smoking it so fast. Just couldn’t put it down. Not as much smoke as the 8/11, and I attribute that to the burn. Not quite as full as the 8/11, but the finish was better. Med-Full Flavor, Med-Full Strength.
Verdict: That was my first, looking forward to many more.
Similar Cigars: These Padilla’s are in a class by themselves. Just not sure what I would compare this line with.

Wow! After a review like that, I’ll be real disappointed if I can’t get there here in Canada!
Cross your fingers for me!
