Cigar Links Edition 2: Camacho Diploma
By Jesse | January 19, 2008
This week’s edition of Cigar Links focuses on the Camacho Corojo Diploma. I reviewed the Camacho Diploma Natural back in August 2007. The tobacco in the Diploma is from the “Fifth Priming”. These are the top most leaves taken from the plant last so they get more sun and nutrients. Resulting in a stronger and more flavorful cigar. Other bloggers thoughts on this cigar:
Topshelf Cigar Reviews liked it but was a bit annoyed by the amount of glue holding the band on.
Same cigar, but different band. Keepers of the Flame smoked the 11/18.
In Episode 94 of the Stogie Fresh 5 Podcast, Doc gave his take on the Camacho Diploma.
The Daily Doormat reminisces about Goldschlager in his Camacho Diploma review.
This cigar is available at Tinderbox.
Update: Somehow I published the wrong copy of this without the extra details and no proofreading. I’ve updated it now.
