Camacho Cigars at Tuesday Night Herf
By Jesse | February 6, 2008 |
As I mentioned in past posts every Tuesday Night we have a local cigar tasting hosted by The Party Source. What makes this event so great is at least 100 people show up every week, some nights as high as 200. During the winter months it is hosted at The Beer Sellar, a great bar with about 60 beers on tap. This week they featured Camacho Cigars with Tom and Dylan from Camacho at the event.
This week our $10 pack of cigars featured four Camacho Cigars, a Coyolar, a Corojo, an El Legend-Ario and a Triple Maduro. All great cigars, a couple we’ve reviewed here in the past. I plan to review a couple more of these in the future.
Dylan showed up with Tom to surprise us members of Social Cigar that are from the Cincinnati area. Dylan has been very active in building up Social Cigar and they’ve got a good thing going there. The guys from Camacho are by far the most approachable reps for any company that I’ve met. They got in the crowd and hung out with us, not just standing by the display table talking to the big spenders or tobacconists.
The guys from Camacho really do a great job of reaching out to their customers. I also can’t forget The Party Source and Beer Sellar for putting on these events and allowing cigar smokers to get out and enjoy our cigars. Thanks to all of them and everyone that showed up for a fantastic night.
