Cigar Links Edition 9: Illusione Cigars
By Jesse | March 8, 2008 |
The past month or so I’ve focused heavily on Illusione Cigars. I reviewed the Illusione Website, interviewed Dion, and did an Illusione Cigar Review.
Illusione Cigars are produced in small batches to retain their high quality. This can make them a frustrating cigar to locate but when you do they are worth it. Another factor contributing to the fun finding this cigar is being listed number 7 in Cigar Aficionado’s Top 25 Cigars of 2007.
Here are a few reviews from other sites and what they thought of the Illusione.
- World of Cigars reviewed the Illusion F9 and rated it as one of his top ten favorite non-Cuban cigars.
- Stogie Guys also interviewed Dion Giolito.
- Keepers of the Flame have a fantastic review of the Illusione cg4 along with a some great detail behind the name.
- Doc Stogie Fresh featured the Illusione m7 in episode 82 in his podcast.
- The Stogie Baby loved the Illusione 88 giving it an A rating.
- Cigar Stars also lit up an Illusione cg4 and enjoyed the smoke, I have to get my hands on one! Dion, you reading this?
- Brian “Lucky Bastard” Hewitt lit up an Illusione 68.
That’s all for this week. Be sure to check out our Anniversary Bash Contest while you’re here.
