Ohio Needs You to Smoke More

Alright, that isn’t exactly what they are saying, but close enough. They ban smoking everywhere and raise cigarette taxes, but are complaining about a budget shortfall because less people are smoking. If you are attempting to ban and tax a habit to death maybe you shouldn’t rely on it for the budget.
Obviously there are other reasons for the shortfall in the budget, but that touches a bit more on politics than I want to do on this site.
