Gran Habano Connecticut Robusto Cigar Review
By Jesse | March 25, 2008
This entry comes from Brian Keele at Social Cigar. We are getting close to wrapping up the Anniversary Contest and I’ll be picking the finalists soon for the Grand Prize.
Apon first inspection, this is a very beautiful cigar. The connecticut wrapper was flawless. As soon as I lit it,I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma filled the room and the flavor had hints of cedar. The draw was the best.It never faltered from start to finish.Wasa a cool even burning cigar. The ash was very light grey, and held together very well.About half way through this ciagr I began to notice a bit of spiciness, but it was never overpowering. The finish was spectactular. I nubbed this down to about an inch due to the fact it was such a good smoke. For the price of about #3.50 a stick for this size,it is a great bargain. I felt it was more of a mild cigar rather than a mild to medium as some reviews I have read for it. With the great price and good taste, this would make a great cigar for the beginner, and even for the more advanced smoker. It has plenty of variety in it’s taste to offer something to everyone.
