Don Pepin Blue – Cigar Links Edition 11

Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label Cigars are rolled in Pepin Garcia’s Miami Factory, El Rey de los Habanos. Full bodied in strength and flavor it isn’t a cigar for the faint of heart. I originally wrote my Blue Label Generosos Cigar Review back in July of 2007 and this cigar is still a staple in my humidor.

Nub Habano 460 Cigar Review

Sam’s aim behind the Nub is to isolate the best part of each leaf and only use it in the cigars. While this makes for some rather short cigar the girth makes up for it. The 460 burns nearly as long as a Churchill.

Black Cat Cigar Co. Domincans No. 2 Cigar Review

The Philly-based Black Cat Cigar Co. seems to have a knack for nabbing blue-chip cigar blenders for its house brands. A few weeks ago, I reviewed the company’s Rey Miguel, a Pepin Garcia-made offering. Now, it’s time for the Black Cat Dominicans, a line made by Henke Kelner, blender and manufacturer for the famous Davidoff and AVO brands.
