I’ve heard good things about this new cigar from Alec Bradley and hope I get the chance to try one soon. The Tempus, according to the site, has been a few years in the making and along with the release of this cigar the company is planning a new look by featuring the company name more prominently on the cigar band.
The Tempus will be available in five sizes and while most of the details on the blend aren’t mentioned in the article, it does state that the wrapper is from Nicaragua.
Cigar Advisor has an interview with Alan Rubin that also talks about the Tempus.
We were able to get our hands on the Tempus so please be sure to check out our Alec Bradley Tempus Cigar Review.

Good ol’ Alan. I can’t wait to try this one!
I have had two robustos. Two I got as samples from a local B&M, the other two were mailed to me from Alec posting on a board. These are full-flavored gems I would highly reccomend in the $5-7 range. Very rich, I’m not as eloquent as some, but I tasted cocoa, cinnamon and an earthiness that stayed with me for some hours after. I’ll definitely be grabbing some as they become available as an after-dinner treat!
What intrigues me about these is the factory: Raices Cubanas. It’s where they make Illusiones. I have a good feeling about this cigar!
