Press Release:

Reyes Family Cigars, the manufacturers of the world-renowned Puros Indios & Cuba Aliados brands, is proud to announce the official launch of two new premium cigars – The Reyes Family Premier and the Reyes Family Classic.

The Premier is medium-bodied and sports a silky smooth Maduro Ecuador Sumatra wrapper. The binder is from Condega and the filler is from Jalapa, Nicaragua. The blend is exquisite, full-flavored and balanced. The Premier is offered in five vitolas: Corona, Robusto, Toro, Gordo & Perfecto. Retail pricing will range from $6.00 to $9.00. All vitolas are available in boxes of twenty (20).

The Classic brand is a mild to medium bodied cigar sporting a natural Ecuador Sumatra wrapper. Binder & filler tobaccos are from Nicaragua, Brazil and Dominican Republic. This blend is rich & smooth. The Classic comes in four vitolas: Robusto, Toro, Bronco and Churchill. Retail pricing will range from $4.50 to $6.00. All vitolas are available in boxes of forty (40).

The launch of the Premier and Classic brands was celebrated at big events in April hosted by Havana Cigars in Anthem, Arizona, Tobacco Republic in Loomis, California and Monte’s Pueblo Pipe Shop in New Mexico. Hundreds of aficionados attended these stellar events. According to company President Carlos Diez “these are the first 2 blends which I have personally worked on, with the help and blessing of my Grandfather, Rolando Reyes Sr. I am thrilled to have them ready to go and signal a new direction for our company. I am honored to bring you the signature Reyes family touch with affordable new blends.”

Frank Santos from Reyes Family Cigars sent me a few of the Premier vitolas to try and I’ll be reviewing them in the next week or so.
