By the way this is my first time in Vegas any suggestions on things to check out?

If you are any kind of Star Trek fan, go to the Hilton and see the Star Trek experience. Ride both rides, and if you’re not driving have a Warp Core Breach (good for up to 4 people).
Head out the front of the Venetian and take a look at the Pirate ship battle across the street, the Volcano next door to that, and the famous musical fountain up the street a bit further.
Down the street (toward down town) from you will be some cow themed bar that has good beer that is the cheapest in town.
Have too much fun! What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, but if you use a gun so will you. Ask OJ!

The Venetian is a must see. Especially now that the new Piazza wing has opened. See the shops in the Venetian and then head into the Casino at the adjoined Piazza where there is a cigar bar that overlooks the casino and cells Davidoff.

I haven’t been back in a couple years… But, whatever art exhibit is at the Hermitage at the Venitian or the Bellagio’s rotating exhibit. Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay.

The top of the Stratosphere. That is an awesome view. The Freemont Street Experience is cool (and free) if you’re downtown.

The Hoover Dam isn’t t that far away. But that will eat the bulk of a day.

You’ll find lots of stuff to do.

    As far as Cigars go…

There is a cool smoke shop at Caesars palace in the Forum called ‘Casa Fuente’. They have a custom roll imported from the DR(I think) just for that shop. The smoke is just ok, but its fun for a one of a kind smoke. Also they have a full bar for having a great scotch with that cigar.

Also, a farther down the strip by the Wynn there is a tiny cigar shop called ‘Don Pablo’ cigars that rolls their own and does a lot of liquor infused flavors. If you go there during the week they will actually have people rolling, place is pretty empty on the weekends.

And don’t forget The Gun Store! nothing is more American than going out west and shooting machine guns! Tell any taxi driver and they will take you there for M16’s, MP5’s, AK47’s, and even a SAW!
