Everyone is very busy with retailers on the first day so I didn’t get too much time with as many manufacturers as I’d hoped but here are a few notes and photos from the show and CAO’s Party.
Jameson Cigars has reblended their Red Label and launched a new Black Label, both are really good.
I got a moment to talk with Alan Rubin at Alec Bradley and they are pushing the Tempus.
I got a chance to meet many of the other bloggers and podcasters. Hopefully we have a chance to hang out some more before the show is over.
Camacho has rebranded the El Legend-Ario, the packaging is much nicer.
Gurkha is releasing several new cigars some of these additions I’m eager to try.
Rocky Patel’s booth had the best food.
Crown on the rocks makes you forget how bad your feet and back hurt.
Camacho’s VIP Happy Hour at The V was great.
I wasn’t all the impressed with CAO’s Party this year. While the music was good I found it a bit too crowded for my liking. Took me over 20 minutes to get a drink.
Speaking of CAO I got my hands on the new LX2, but haven’t lit one up yet. Initial reports I got from others if that this is a good smoke.
Spoke a bit with the guys from Reyes Family Cigars and looking forward to trying the Classic and Vintage lines.
Jesus Fuego was nice enough to talk with a scraggly group of bloggers and handed out a few of his new cigars.
Gene Arganese had a few minutes to chat, he’s got some nice looking new cigars out and also doing a cigar from Joe Gannascoli who played Vito on the Sopranos.

Thanks for the run down Jesse. I’m following you on Twitter and look forward to all your reports from LV.
Have fun!
Looks like a good time!
Brian takes great photos doesn’t he?
hope you are having fun Jesse! Wish I could have gone this year :-(
I envy you . Hopefully one day I will be fortunate enough to attend
That C.A.O booth looks awesome. I can’t wait to get my hands on an LX2. They sound amazing.
The CAO Booth looks nice, but it sucks to walk through. They need to open it up a little bit.
