Ohio Looks to Relax Smoking Ban
By Jesse | July 24, 2008 |
I’ve actually been impressed with some members of the Ohio House and Senate. They seem to understand the damage the smoking ban has on businesses and the erosion it has on our personal rights. Another bill has been introduced that will relax some of the restrictions of the Ohio Smoking Ban.

A smoking bans means..it is against the law to use or permit a legal product on ‘private’ property.
Is this the American way??

It is a really sick situation when a foudation formed by the pharmaceutical industry can buy smoking bans thru grants to the American Cancer Society to force sales to THEIR industry. JnJ formed their foundation and then bought at 250 to 260 pharmaceutical companies who make the no smoke products. That’s just the beginning of their agendas and scams on ‘we the people’!
