My favorite shop was open until noon Thanksgiving morning, so I picked up four La Flor Dominicanas (Coronado, Ligero, Limitada, Factory Press III), an Alec Bradley Tempus, Camacho Triple Maduro, Ashton San Cristobal, and (in complete contrast to all those other "spicy" ones) a Cabaiguan. After eating a big meal, the comparatively lighter weight but always satisfying Cabaiguan was the one I went to, and it hit the spot.

Jesse, I seem to be late to the dance so often and it has happened again. Recently I have discovered the Palmas Puros cigars that you reviewed favorably some time ago. What a nice find, so during this holiday break I will be diving into the two five packs(natural/maduro) I ordered. The only problem is that they have quit making them. At least that is what I have been told.

The celebratory cigar I intend to smoke is "The Frank" I was lucky enough to obtain from a new
acquaintance I have made.

What is Turkey Day without a great smoke....
.... even north of the border!!
Stay warm up there.

Well, seeing as the real Thanksgiving was a month ago, I've already gone through this.*

Typically, I like to smoke something fuller bodied after eating a big ol' turkey dinner. This year, I smoked a Cuban Punch Churchill. Normally, those bad boys knock me on my ass, but it was quite satisfying after eating a really big meal.

*Just a friendly Canadian vs. American Thanksgiving joke, for those who don't know I'm Canadian. :p
