I’d say the JR Limitada Edicion Montecristo Edmundo, though it isn’t anything like the Cuban for which they’ve name it, is a good solid bargain in a medium to fuller smoke. It gets better as you’d expect with some humidor time, yet it is smokable and a good bargain right away. Not everything JR recommends can be trusted, but these are quite nice.

You should try the Tarazona bundles. Very good and economical. They also provide for many other companies under different names. Really does it for me!

Not only do I enjoy JR’s Alternatives, but their Don Diego Privada #2 Alternatives are as good as or better than 70-80% of the mild-medium premiums I’ve smoked over the last ten years. Construction is near-perfect and after smoking five or six bundles the last two years, I can’t recall ever finding a mistake either. At under $2 a stick you can’t beat it. I’ve paid more often, but rarely gotten a better cigar than this one. Take off the JR band and put em in a fancy box and you wouldn’t know the difference!

I am a big fan of Consuegra bundles by the famous Villazon factory and Estaban Carrerra Rocky P. Also Slow Aged by Perdomo is a well made economy cigar.

Many fine bundled values out there. But the one that consistently knocks peoples’ socks off are the Los Blancos Primos Rosados. If you love a full flavored medium-bodied smoke, this one will surprise you. Easily worth more than double its price point of $2-$3 or so. I noticed Famous has a special on these bundles right now too — free shipping and a free cigar cutter.

My preference for bundles include the JR Alt Edicion Limitada version of the Montecristo C and Edmundo cigars, Famous Dominican 1000 Natural wrapper Torpedo, and Tabamex Maduro Presidente size. The JR cigars are toothy and more full bodied and probably require the most aging out of the three brands. The Famous cigars are mild in body, and I found them them to be quite decent right out of the Fed Ex box. I highly recommend the Tabamex maduro cigars for their sweetness and their mild-medium body. They’re probably the most rustic of the bunch, but if you really care about what your cigar looks like over what it smokes like, then you must have an oral fetish.

That advert on the rss feed for gayBearDating nearly made me drop my cigar and bring up my lunch. Glad we Brits have strong stomachs Jesse.

As a really decent bundle cigar I am always very pleased with both the Occidental Reserve Conn and Aspira Corojo available at Famous.
Both totally different but never a bad one in three yrs or so.
