Company: Torano Cigars
Size: Toro 6 X 50
Wrapper: Nicaraguan
Binder: Cameroon
Filler: Nicaraguan
My notes were a little sparse on this one, but considering it was a limited release just for the tour it might be a bit hard to come by. One of the first stops of the Torano "Our Roots Run Deep Tour" was at The Party Source’s weekly cigar tasting. The Torano family has always made solid cigars, but Miguel our local sales rep was nice enough to hook me up with three pack of the tour blend.
According to the details on I got on this cigar it uses a Cuban Seed, Shade Grown Nicaraguan Wrapper. They consider it valuable enough that a special box was constructed to ship the wrapper in as they travel around the country for the tour. It is a great looking cigar; my picture doesn’t do it justice.
Flavor wise these cigars were a treat to smoke. I’d have to put these down as a medium to full bodied cigar. I was expecting the Cameroon binder to be over powered by the rest of the cigar, but I was able to definitely pick up some sweet Cameroon spice.
Verdict: A fantastic cigar I’m seriously hoping that these become a regular line of cigars or come back out occasionally. There are a few events still planned around the country so be sure and get some of these if they are in your area.

Welcome back! Missed your reviews.
Good review Jesse! I was getting worried, but glad to see you were just on hiatus. Good to see you back to reviewing!
Great review. I’m attending the same Torano event at my local B&M in early June. This is a nice little preview. Thanks for the post.
