Smoking Ban News

Just a quick update on the latest smoking bans out there. North Carolina and Wisconsin are both enacting smoking bans. There is some good news though, New Hampshire has eased up on their smoking ban and has allowed for cigar bars. Also, Hawaii screwed up their tobacco tax law which ends up suspending the tobacco tax for several months.
