I think the Cain F has the best flavor. The maduro is only worthwhile in the fat ring size. Every maduro I've had in the toro or torpedo size has been insanely tight. I've had to return two maduros because I almost literally could not get any smoke. The habano isn't as good as the F so I don't buy the habano at all. I don't understand why the Cains have the stiffness of a brick either.

Ultimately, I enjoy the F and the fat maduro, but I still think you can do better for the money. Just my experience and opinion...

I've never had an issue with a Cain or a NUB's construction. Sorry to hear about your issues. Even the larger Cain's burn fine, I just think the 660 has less "zip" to it so I prefer the 550.

The Cain NUB is one of my favorites and I expected the same from the Cain F. I bought a five pack of the Cain F back in March and was very disappointed. Hard to draw and a very "stiff" smoke. In fact, the second one I tried gave me a headache I had to draw on it so hard. The first inch or so did have a good flavor, but I was never able to smoke all of one.

Glad to hear your experience has been better.
