Friday, January 11th, 2008Alright since we’ve been talking so much about Don Pepin Cigars, I thought it was high time to take a look at his website. Everyone knows him by name, but shamefully I must admit I had to do some searching to find the actual name of his company, El Reyde los Habanos.
Don Pepin Garcia Vegas Cubanas Cigar Review
Thursday, January 10th, 2008This cigar was completely off the radar for me, I had never even heard of it. This was shock seeing that it had arguably the greatest cigar maker of our time’s name attached to it. The wrapper and the foot had a strong tobacco scent. It was a bit toothy with small veins throughout. Pre-light draw was a little tight, but produced a straight forward woody tobacco taste. The cigar seemed to have that typical rock solid Pepin construction going for it.

Padilla Miami 8/11 Robusto Cigar Review
Wednesday, December 12th, 2007One of my favorite Don Pepin cigars! I was able to score a few of these and couldn’t wait to fire one up One look at this stick and you can easily tell that it is top quality! A beautiful thick deep brown wrapper draped around dense-packed tobacco. This robusto (5 x 50) had some weight to it! And, how about that triple cap?
