Country of Origin: Nicaragua Wrapper: Habano Ecuador Binder: Nicaraguan Filler: Nicaraguan Length: 5 1/2″ Ring: 52 Tasting Notes: Well constructed, honestly I don’t think I’ve ever seen a poorly constructed cigar from Tatuaje. The cigar is firm but has a fantastic draw. I’m picking up some black pepper before lighting it, leaving my mouth tingling. [...]

Cabaiguan Guapos – Cigar Links Edition 17

June 8, 2008

Well since Jeff and I both smoked the Cabaiguan Guapos I just as well do a round up. The Tatuaje Cabaiguan Guapos is a limited release of the Cabaiguan with an Ecuadorian Sun Grown wrapper instead of an Ecuadorian Shade Grown Wrapper. Cigar Review: Cabaiguan Guapos

June 5, 2008

Description: Another great cigar from master roller Don “Pepin” Garcia and “Tatoo Pete” Johnson! These will not be reproduced, and are sold out! At least, I haven’t been able to find them…. I got a fiver in a box split last September. Based on prior comments, I let them sit a while….

Tatuaje Cabaiguan Guapos 46 Cigar Review

I thought I’d start venturing into reviewing more cigars from Tatuaje. Little did I know that the one I choose is a Limited Edition. Tatuaje Havana VI Verocu No. 1 Cigar Review

January 28, 2008

The Verocu No. 1 is “Exclusivo Lado Occidential” (Exclusive to the Western Side), a limited regional release exclusive to the West Coat. By sheer luck I stumbled across one at a reasonable price, and then I was hit with a little more luck and was told by I could have it free. Granted, I was buying over $100 in other cigars.

Tatuaje Cigars Website Review

December 21, 2007

A couple of people suggested I take on Tatuaje’s Website, after a quick glance I can see why. The Cigars: C Tatuaje does break down the cigars, listing sizes and the tobacco in each blend. What really hurts the site is the lack of pictures and some detailed information on the cigars. The information is [...]

Tatuaje Noelles Cigar Review

November 12, 2007

The Tatuaje Noelles received a “92” rating and “2006 Cigar of the Year” by Cigar Aficionado. I am in love with this cigar! Heck, with the entire line! What a gorgeous stick! The wrapper has a cinnamon sheen that practically glows under light.
